Hi All,

I have a Mcquay air cooled chiller with 2 x HSA3221QY11YB-S compressors.

One compressor is faulting on high oil diff pressure fault.

We have changed the oil filters on both compressors but this compressor still faults.

Does anyone have an exploded drawing of this compressor and maybe theory of operation ect.

Any technical advise regarding this chiller would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Craig dyer

Hi your discharge pressure might be too high or as moideen says the transducer needs calibrating

Thanks for you your quick answers :))

How do you calibrate the transducer, I do not have lap top access to the controller or pass codes for controller key pad programming.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Craig Dyer
