my role is mainly hvac systems and but requires that I maintenance chiller systems, my knowledge of system operation for chillers is as well as it could be but maintenance wise does anyone have a any pdf downloads or manuals for service and maintenance procedures or advice on a typical maintenance procedures

Follow the chiller manufacturers recommend maintenance list for a start, will be in manuals somewhere on site.
