You could try a hammer.

where on your body do you strike with the hammer,alarm code should trigger once customer says got this fridge unit its a zanotti?,hello hello think he has hung up!

That's a service interval alarm for road operation. I emailed you the manual for the control panel. I believe there are two types of control panels used. The manual is for control panels sold in 2010 onwards. I hope it's what you need.

Alarm 5er is SEr working hours for intervention of road maintenance.The signalling alternates with the visualization of the temperature and/or other alarms. The signalling disappears after pushing any button of the cabin command in order to activate it again after the switching off or a switching on in Stan-By mode.

You press the PRG taste for 10 sec and the modify the parameter SEr (normal is 80) in O to esclude alarm or >80 for next SERVICE ALARM.
