Hi Guys,
I've got 7No. R407c splits currently group controlled on 1No. RCS-SH80TG that need dividing into two groups. (additional controller required)
I've been told that the RCS-SH80TG has been discontinued and that I can only use an RCS-KR1TG. (simplified)
Would anyone be able to help me out finding a spare SH80TG or long shot would anyone have one 'lying around'?
Thanks, :)

I've just sold 2 of them that I had lying around, your 2 weeks too late.:(
Why don't you try ICG limited in Manchester? They might have a spare lying around

Another option would be to fit a Toshiba controller, I'm fairly sure they are the same and speaks the same language.

re using a Tosh controller do you mean the newer model (same as RBC-AMT32E) as this is a 2-wire whereas the older one I require is a 3-wire.

cant you buy a simplified controller and swap it with a standard controller in say the canteen or reception area?

This controller is a 3 series remote.which have 3 cables connected.3 series remotes are discontinued as you said.your best bet is eBay
all new sanyo( Panasonic ) gear is now 4 series

Thanks for the replies.
I can get the simplified controller, which would suit the room fine, but at a cost of around 5 times of say a standard remote!

Can the RCS-KR1TG simplified remote be used to group 2x splits in the same room?
