Tk up-Iv multi temp settings

Hi all after some advise I have a customer with a 2007 tk spectrum multi temp He cannot set a set point of over 10 deg and I can't find the setting in super gaurded. As I remember shouldn't it be under STH ??? Any help most appreciated email jimacott@hotmail.co.uk

go to set point increments SETI hold TK and Clear, should be in there.
