I thought I had done this already to another member, but for some reason I cannot see how to do this. The pdf is from my own files and not an internet link by the way.

Click on the members username and view his/her profile. Click on the 'About Me' tab and download the vCard. Send the attachment via email

Split file ... each part to 5-8 or 10 MB ... and send each in a separate email ...
you can use this program ...

Gmail can transfer single file up to 10 MB, don't know for other mail services ...
