Blue box kappa v evo a 100 chiller

hi got 4 chillers running with blue box boss controller and its not controlling them. So ran them local with set point set at 8c and they over shoot and carry on running. and cant understand why they dont stop on reaching set point. Any ideas or help would be gratefull thankyou
