Hi I just recently moved into a house in Africa and neither of my air con's are working.
I have 2 air con split units 18000 with both displaying the error code EL.
They are brand of Cool Air, which i suggest they are chinese made units, as i cannot find anything online about them but they are very similar to Shinco units,
I do not have a operations manual for the unit so I am a bit stuck.
Both switch on and they cool for up to 10-15 minutes before switching themselves off, then displaying error code EL.
Any help would be welcomed.
