Hi guys
been reading the forum about hold over freezers and eutectic plates and found this website very helpful.
iv just bought an ice cream cart and im looking for some plates to put in it that I can freeze over night and use in the cart during the day. I read peter1 recommends linum as a supplier in Europe but I cant find them through the google search.
ideally id like to find some that come empty so I can mix my own eutectic solution with cap seal so if I wanted to sell drinks or other items I could change the mixture.
