Hitachi DC Inveter Scroll Compressor Start up Problem

a 5.1 KW Hitachi DC Inverter Scroll Compressor have a startup problem. when i start the unit the compressor start a voice of " Tak, Tak , Tak rasie and after 30 Second the compressor trip, after few minutes the compressor again try to start and again Tak, Tak, raise and compressor trip. please somebody help me about this issue.

test output voltage from inverter, accross terminals, should be the same, either inverter pcb or compressor goosed, but then has something else caused this, if replacing the compressor then replace the inverter kit too

I want to ask from you the compressor fault occur due to the inverter PCB ? or it's mechanical fault?
PCB is ok I have check the PCB.
