Mcquay centrifugal chiller

I'd appriciate anyone that could help me with the following problem.
I have a McQuay PEH 1000 centrifugal chiller and there is no oil return to the pot. I saw a similar post with some kind of "oring" in IGV. What do you mean with this and what is "IGV"?

What did the problem turn out to be? I just came across a PEH 128 with the same problem. Did you find any literature/bulletins regarding IGV oring failures? What resolved the issue? Appreciate any help you can offer.

The manuals asked for are sometimes not even available with McQuay Techs. Thats McQuay, they do things differently.
