This controller has been working fine for a good 5 years. The controller has since gone blank and won't operate at all. Can I have some more information regarding sending the controller back to CAREL. The controller is used on a Trane chiller so do we have to send it back to Trane? If not where do we send it , how long will it be away and will any costs be incurred. Is there a web page I can visit. What are CAREL contact details so I can get more info
