Hi,we have the intention to build the coldroom for about 30,000 pallets spaces. have any body have the rough indication how much it will cost for the budgetary purpose

Tentatively the dimensions approx. 50,000 to 70,000 sq ft & 35 ft high including the staging area

Size large chiller complex, perhaps you should mention what is being loaded into chiller space, at what frequency, what temps,what is the product. Anti rooms, fork hoists.
Just a ittle bit short on information. Concider fully robotic handling for a start!!

There is an ocean of different options for something like that. You could run the spectrum from $400,000 to over $1,000,000 depending on options, product load, demands, staff, machinery, forklifts, lighting, ambient temp, door sizes, redundancy, etc,etc,etc......

i have customers that get almost mad because I won't just give the famous "ball park" estimate on something like that. It's impossible.
