How do you isolate the ice making equipment on a Daewoo 2031 IAL.

Hi, My daughter has just purchased a secondhand Daewoo 2031 IAL fridge freezer. The only trouble is you have to plumb it in to the water supply to use the ice maker. She has decided this is to much hassle and not really needed so how can I isolate this system and just use the fridge and freezer. Cheers Nodrog.
