Hi can any body help I have been working on A AIR BLUE close control air conditioning system MODEL NUMBER OEDA230HH SERIAL NUMBER AIRBO45025 the problem i am having is that the humidification bottle is dumping all it water and trying to fill at the same time causing the condense pump to over flow this is not due to faulty or under sized condense pump as i have tested it. I cant find any technical support number as i understand this company is part of blue box chillers and I can only find italian manuals and website/phone number

any help would be appreciated

is there juice to the drain solonoid??- could be clogged with crap and not seating properly,or look for the drain down switch, usually a black rocker switch.also bottle water level - can be crapped up causing the bottle to drain thinking its too full

Drain valve will be your problem. Carel drain valve assembly should be able to get easy enough. You can try going into maintenance menu and manually open and close valve to see if that helps code 205.
