Has anyone used "Superseal" in a R600a domestic?
My domestic is losing gas & I cant find a leak.
Pumped it up with OFN & after 4 hours no loss, Recharge with gas & it lasts about 4 months...........
Any Ideas??

discharge line goes around the inside of the freezer door within the casing, charging stubb/line tap valve leaky?
as for superseal- never tried it on a domestic, but if its got a leak u cannot locate then youve got nothing to lose

.

All I would say is was it in the system when the
manufacturers designed and built the thing?

If not why would you want to put it in now?

If there is a leak then 4 hours might not be long enough
Plus if your using pure OFN then it might not be suitable
for finding very small HC leaks..

If it leaks over 4 months it is a small leak.
I bet there is only 50 or 60 grammes in any way.

Thanks for the reply's
Obviously there was no leak when it was manufactured....but there is now, that's why I'm considering it.
The only other option if the leak cant be found is a new fridge & as it's an American style a can of superseal would be much cheaper option if it works
