Looking to spend anywhere from 8-10k on an industrial ice cream maker for a business. Just wondering if anyone had any insight as to the industry leaders and maybe even some good deal locations?

Thanks!

As a bench mark check what every McD's outlet uses for a soft serve machine.

Don't know about industrial, but commercial "Soft Serve" machines can cost anywhere from $1300 to $24,000 AUD / USD, depending on it's output/hour, bench top or stand alone and of course, where it is made.

Taylor are the brand for Mickey d's, and i think Burgerking as well, (and we know where there beef/horse burgers are made too:))

hi re industrial= continuos freezer- I know someone in Sydney Australia who is selling a Gelmark300 continuos freezer for 7K its a good one.
to buy a new one you cant go past tetrapak hoyer they are the best , as far as second hand the Gelmark series (Mark) or the Technogel are very good and parts are still available.
for artisan icecream = batch freezer go for Taylor , Carpigiani ( high speed model) . there is a chinese made 140 litre per hour for sale in sydney for 11K its not that old and i believe it works very well. we changed the motor on it about a year ago .
not sure where you are located but if you are in sydney call the guy selling the machines- his number is 0416 094394- he is not a dealer...he has moved his factory and needs to clear these two.
