some help please if you can,ive got a single split unit indoor (FTXS20G2VIB) OUTDOOR (RXS20G2V1B9) arrived on site to find indoor unit light flashing ,but not doing anything,and the same with the outdoor unit..turned off indoor unit and reset outdoor unit,,restared indoor unit, it still doesnt do anything but now it beeps all the time ,ive gone through the manual to no avail and i cant get through to daikins service dept as im left on hold for ever,

hold the clock button on the remote for 10 seconds and scroll through the fault codes and listen for the long beep
