Toshiba MMY VRF compressor seizures

Is any body else experiencing more seizures on these machines than you would normally expect ?
Or maybe are they being mis-diagnosed.
Any input on this would be appreciated.

not worked on em for a bit- used to have a few fail on 407c- when it was 2 compressors in 1 shell and weighed around 120kg- looks like theyve evolved to 2 compressors- any system with 4 condensers, pmv valves,are more likely to fault,also quality of the install,regular maintenance,and staff not running the kit at 28heat and 18cool.
