carrier hs090 air cooled chiller

Hey guys, im new and need some help if possible. when the compressors come on the pump motor starter kicks out and the chiller shuts down on low flow alarm. the motor starter is in auto position. i have burnt out two chilled water pumps already. not cheap!! any help would be appreciated. thnx.

Don't recognise the model number, any other data plates about?

If you have good pump starters and overloads why are the pumps getting burnt out?

It seems that you may have a voltage supply problem and the compressor starting up is dropping the voltage below safe levels.
