evaporator not kicking in on standby

have a Hubbard 460AEM on a 56 plate sprinter. on standby, evaporator not kicking in (condensor working). checked on the road, all working fine. Any suggestions welcome

ok, unit opened. works for 5min after resetting button then compressor pump cutting out. all fuses and belt checked. still fine on the road any idea. women in distress trying to direct a chef on the phone. where are the engineers when you need them
