Fujitsu AOTR09JCC Fault Code

Hi.

I have a fault code up on a Fujitsu Split Inverter AOTR09JCC.

Operation/Timer - 2 Flashes
Operation - 3 Flashes

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OK,
Your model is not listed on my chart but assuming the codes are kept the same.
Further more, also assuming that operation light is the red one and the timer light is green...

Discharge thermistor open or short circuit. It should read 64.5k Ohms at 20*C, 27k at 40*C and 6.3k at 80*C. With the probe unplugged there should be 5V DC between the pins in he PCB.

With Fujitsu codes you are best off going by the name of the light and not the colour. In a stroke of genius some models had the lights with different colours thus rendering the colour option useless unless you know which models they were. New models have 2 green lights on them - probably designed by the same genius. I think he was colour blind.
