The problem is that sometimes fail to start when the ambient temperature is above 19 º C or higher. Below this temperature the unit operates normally. I have changed the starter and checked the RPM sensor and remains the same. Any ideas ?

the stop solenoid is pulling in but not holding in.
Theres three wires white=pull in, red=hold in and black earth. So white should power up and pull in the solenoid with a click, when the engine starts red holds the solenoid in.
So your fault is with the red hold in.
Remove the solenoid, leaving it plugged in, turn on fridge, you'll see the solenoid pull in, the engine will start, then you'll see your solenoid drop out. Check the power on the red wire, if it's OK the solenoid needs replacing.
To turn off the engine put a screwdriver in the hole and push it in in the centre or shove your finger in, theres nothing spinning in there to chop it off.
try that then get back to us, the ambient shouldn't make any differnce.

Thanks gravy258.

At last, the microprocessor was the problem.
