Hi Guys
Ive looked on the forum and seen the many articles regarding frost free fridges, and yes mine is one, a jlffw2007 made for John Lewis by Electrolux. I defrosted the freezer as recommended on this forum and cleaned behind the panel. Hurray the fridge worked again, I cancelled the engineer but now after a week its stopped working again. Any ideas would be most welcome, do i need to call them back? or is it bricked?
Thanks in advance.

Sorry mate that email was rejected. Anyway the model is 925034244-1 made by Electrolux. There is another number 8083008 don't know what it represents. I should add that when it stopped working again I got the hair dryer on the metal fins and it started to work again. I don't want to have to do that on a weekly basis though!
Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

Ok you have a problem with the DEFROST cycle that cleans fridge every day.
To fix this, check the freezer. But I do not even clean the ice in the freezer until after review defrostig thermostat. Therefore, the defrosting thermostat closes the contacts between 40-50 Fahrenheit above 50 farenheit but are open contact. Now check to see
defrosting heater. Best to check these two elements are the voltage checked. derosting defrosting thermostat and heater is connected in series. So voltage should be the same as the outlet. If the voltage is one of the elements is broken, if the voltage does not have to have a broken defrosting timer who is the next element or part of the integration Main board. Please reply if you have any questions I live in Canada a little far to come and fix it. find me on skype "ted.san" from Canada
