Hi, unit is 3-4 yrs old. Running as heat pump. Last year we noticed controller (PCO2 carel) froze up and got very slow and non responsive when pressing buttons. We found out if we stopped compressor 3, the display was normal. We tried numerous solutions. Swapped boards, EEV drivers, reload software etc. etc. Still the same. We have been asked by McQuay (we dont deal mcquay anymore but i still have some connections in there) to try this:
- Try to replace the display and telephone cable between display and master board
- If not working, install again the software on all 3 controllers
- If still not working, check the p.lan cables and dipswitches address
These checks should be enough to identify the fault.
We are about to go there and try this this or next week, but i'm not sure it's gonna help.

The other unit is running fine and i am NOT taking parts from that one lol :-)
