Hi, i would like to know with type of chiller with 2 compressor and refrigerant circuit in series arrangement (for examples : Carrier 30 XWP, Trane Duplex CDHF). Could each of compressor run independently ? is chiller run similar with 2 dedicated chiller in series arrangement ?
i am concerning this situation : cause the low Dt syndrome - the return chilled water temperature is lower than designed (12 oC instead of 14 oC as designed), so could i run one compressor (1 refrigerant circuit) to reducing energy but still maintenance the supply chilled water temperature as designed?
