Brema ice maker

Hi guys i have a customer who has played with the thermostat to make more ice, he should have cleaned the inch thick dust of the condenser first. what are the recommond temps for both thermostats. from my memory the evaporator thermostat is set to -10 and bin set to 2 degrees. its a brema cb 955.

Hi Savoc, normally the evaporator thermostat is at -15°C -17°C and bin to +3°C +4°C.
