Occasionally 1 of 3 fans start and motor stays on only for 10-20 seconds if I'm lucky if it starts at all.

Need service manual, can anyone help....

hi there just had the same problem over here. There is a fuse inside the micro that looks like a capacitor there is one for standby qand one for road. If all the fans fail then there is only one option and that is to change the micro. Also check the pins on the back of the micro and see if there are any burnt pins.

EFM1 pin number 27, pins 28,55 are pulse circuit back to micro
EFM2 pin number 23 pins 24,51 are pulse circuit back to micro
EFM3 pin number 1 pins 2, 29 are pulse circuit back to micro

The pulse circuit tells the micro if the mootrs are running or not,

does the unit show any alarm codes?

Hope this helps

does your evap have 3 vents??? if A07 persists and the fans are running it can be a configuration problem as well,

What is showing on the cab command? Any fault codes present? As sonkax has said only one fan starting can be a config problem. You can set the controller up for 1, 2 or 3 fans depending on which evap. you have.

This does not explain the "motor" (I assume compressor, standby or road?) running for a short period.

There could be many reasons why you are experiencing problems, give us as much info as you can.
