Refer to the attached.
When did you last service your comp.
Suspect oil and or oil filter issues.

Sorry for not replying this morning only I was on my way out the door to work.
Anyway as Goshen suggests change the internal Oil Filter.
Follow the link below to an earlier post regarding Internal oil filters.

If your not sure about pumping it down (i dont know the unit) then just isolate (power + valves) the compressor and use your transfer pump (reclaim unit) to pump the refrigerant into the high side

You should NOT pump down these machines, as they have a permanent live to the compressor and if a vacuum is pulled can cause the compressor to go to earth.
to change internal oil filters isolate oil valves on the oil seporator, connect a 1/4" hose to the compressor scrhrader located next to the oil solenoid and recover the oil into a suitable container there should only 50ml of oil max that comes out. then using a 19mm allen key remove the filter cap above the compressor discharge line and GENTLY remove the old filter DO NOT twist it as they can snap and if this happens it is difficult to remove.
HOWEVER this is only applicable to phase 2 and 3 machines ( black or grey prodialog control) if the unit has a HSIO controll this is a phase 1
machine in which case you will need to recover the entire charge of refrigerant then change the filter

hi
Replaced oil filter succesfuly and unit running good.
During the job there was some amount of gas passing from filter opening.
We Isolated all the valves and oil solid valve also.
How can this be prevented.
As we are planing to fix other units also.

Refer to my earlier post some units require the gas removing, please don't ask for advice if your not going to follow it!!!
