Hi Guy's,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me the correction factor that we should be using to work out the SFP on fans.
SAF motor is 4kw
EAF motor is 3kw
SAF Duty is 1.6m3/s
Extract Duty is 1.45m3/s
SFP = 4+3 divided by 1.6m3/s which equals 4.38kw/m3s. However this is based on design figures rather than what is actually occuring in the field.
Should we be using a correction factor in this calculation?
