Mitsubishi Reefer Container 1996 CPE-14 Error code E108 Phase Pulse Failure

Hello,
I have a 1996 Mitsubishi refrigerator container with a CPE-14 that has been sitting for years. Hard wired to 460V kept blowing breaker, compressor was hard grounding. Replaced compressor with new and dryer. Compressor fires then shuts down with error code E-108 (Phase Pulse Failure). Can any please, help?

Correction error code E-411 (Lock or short circuit of compressor)

check the phase contactors as they are probably shot. Try switching 2 legs in the power supply wiring to pull in the other phase contactor and make sure your power supply voltage is good and even 440-470 volts AC across all three legs.

oh ya also check the small circuit breaker CB2 cause if its in the off position then you will get that alarm as well.
