Hello all, i was sent to replace a main outdoor PCB on a daikin rzq100 today. The problem was that it was diagnosed by an ex employee of my company, so i probably should have looked into it a little more before i started.
Anyway i replaced the pcb and started the unit up....The breaker tripped at the distribution board. From previous experience i've had locked compressors trip breakers so i disconnected the compressor and ran the unit up again, 20mins past with no problems. so to make sure i ran the unit up once more with the compressor connected. 5mins passed then a loud BANG came from the outdoor unit and the breaker had tripped once again:eek:
Next time i ran the unit up i was greeted with an L1 fault code.

I can't find much info on this fault code.

Has anyone had any experience with this fault code?
Any advice? its all appriciated!
