I am doing a project about the energy consumption of refrigerators but I have no idea about how to estimate the power required by the condenser and evaporator fans. It seems the equation can be W=PV/Efficiency. P is the pressure drop and V is the air flow rate. The question is that how to calculate the pressure drop?

Could you put a watt meter on a motor and measure its consumption? In your air flow modeling, are you allowing for dirt accumilation on the fins over time? very few coils remain clean over time.
You may meassure air volume flow and then look fans performance attributes and calculate energy consumption. For example, in many condencers and air evaporators used Ziehl-abegg or EBMpapst fans.
