how many cfm per ton of refrigeration?

which is the optimum speed of the water to a heat exchanger?

AHUs might calculate 400 cfm per RT.
But Packaged and DX, VRF, VRV you can't do this, they are pretty low 300 cfm to 340cfm per RT.

Optimum speed is based on heat Exchanger size and pipe size I guessed. What I know is around 5 to 6 CMH or 2.0 l/s minimum flow rate. Speed wise..(Not so sure anyway)
