Good Day...
We encounter this compressor for repair of a freezer... the end user has zero idea regarding this compressor..

Please help us to find any inputs and data for this compressor?...

the end user want to convert it to non cfc refrigerant.... please guide us..

Generally it will need four oil changes with fresh polyol ester oil to get the residual mineral oil content down to below 3% then you can change the refrigerant, the txv and the solenoid if the system has one. Bear in mind any o rings may start leaking once the refrigerant and or oil are changed (sightglasses etc). All normal retrofit stuff really.

Hi! we have already re-install this compressor with the R404A

The things we do..
re-place to POE oil
replace filter dryer
Vacuuming
refrigerant charging..

We have noticed that the compressor alone become hot after 10 minutes of running.... and we turn it of to protect the motor from burning..

What are the possible causes of that heating of compressor?
