we have a unit model as above,the panel lights up and has info displayed on it ,date and sensor temps,presures,all seems ok ,but the soft keys dont respond at all to touch,
checked all wiring,flatcables and connections all seems ok ,comunication leds are blinking as should,
has anyone had this happen on their site?:eek:

looks like it's time for a new board if all inputs and outputs are corr4ect then the board itself is faulty

Maybe the screen is frozen have you tried powering it off then back on again.

if you have another machine of the same model swaps the display

thx to all for response,we took the entire assembly apart, cleaned it with contact spray ,and it seems to be active again,
i think we will offer the customer to replace it .
