Hi Folks,

I'm new here and it's my first post. I'm from Brazil and need Help in a Carrier 23XL that i'm working on.

Actually machine is running but i have a alert message "High condenser pressure". I read some parameters that may help all:

Evaporator Refrig temp: 11,3c
Evaporator Pressure: 606,8 Kpa
Condenser Refrig Temp: 41,6c
Condenser Pressure: 1490,7Kpa
Discharge Temp: 56,8c
Oil Sump Temp: 56,8c

At Pic II i also have:

CHW in: 18,3c
CHW out: 15c
CDW in: 27c
CDW out: 34c
MTR AMP 80%

So if any one have ideas to help my chiller i would apprechiate a message.

Thanks in advanced!

Your condenser water temperature is quite high, are these sort of temps normall in Brazil? here in the UK 17-20c is normall. What is your refrigerant type and cooling setpoint?

Assuming its R22 and if the comp is not 100% loaded then you have a low condenser water flow problem with 7 C Delta T, software is probably not allowing the compresser to load up due to high condensing pressure.

Condenser Refrig Temp: 41.6 c
CDW out: 34c
DT 7.6 ° C
DT THE MAYOR SHOULD BE A 5 ° C to my point of view you dirty condenser incrustation

Actually february is summer in Brazil so external temperature is quite high around 34c.
Refrigerant is R-22.
To be honest my first guess was dirty condenser, but i am not sure.

Yep, rod the condenser and check your flow rate
