the same has happened with Linde - Carrier has bought Linde. Now there are problems - restructuring etc.

The reason that any firm will be sold is usually funds problem or shortage in administration , so york buyer as all business is seeking for profit , and i think changes will take place in order to make the highest profit . Maybe they will integrate new technologies or new marketing strategies
As a matter of fact they bought the name , it's the trade matk they want ;) that's my opinion
