Bought the machine used and test it out when I bought it about 2 months ago and it worked like a charm....made over 50 lbs of ice.

I re-ran it about a month ago it was only harvesting about 6 cubes and the rest were sticking.

I re-ran this past weekend now all ice is sticking to the cups and not harvesting.

Any suggestions?

I read on another post to try non-stick spray like Pam?

I am wondering if the unit is heating up the cups to release the ice to harvest?

Before I drop the bucks on a service call anything I should try?

For a start try cleaning the cups with non abrasive scrubber pad. They should be squeaky clean and smooth to touch. If system has cleaning cycle try some icemaker cleaning solution from Refrig wholesaler
