Could anyone help intemperate the attached download file.

Van came from Brisbane to Adelaide last weekend. Ambient 25 to 40 C set point -22. it when into defrost many times.
I ran it in the yard and all looks good, good TD, full of gas etc. Has now left with another load.
On the download it shows DAs 1 and DAS 4, what are they? is there a legend so that I can understand ?

das is a data logger which is a stand alone data logger which means it has its own sensors its a clear box mounted in control box das1 is usally reurn air and das2 is usally discharge air there are 6 connections for das yours being 1and4 that is what is showing on your download iwould check defrost damper as it looks like going on defrost too regular

Vehicle improperly loaded?
Damper motor stuck?

Would like to see more of the download - in the 4 hours shown on the download return air temp never got below -2.

Each defrost attempt only lasted for 6 or 7 mins. Normally with a damper door not closing the defrost cycle will have to be forcibly terminated (after 45 mins).
Maybe a load issue - could be loaded too high - load shifted?
What controller is on this unit?

SL200e is normally fitted with TGVI

as it done this before on -22 loads?

If not, could be a loading issue causing airflow problems. Boards stored against the fridge unit etc..

Post up the entire download in its Wintrac format. The entire trip needs to be looked at.

you also need to set up your DAS to log more sensors. This will help with RPM's (stuck in low speed for example)coolant temp etc..

to do this you need to to right click on Wintrac icon.
Properties, change user level to 16. Apply.
when on fridge unit info screen, click on sensors, there will be a pull down list, go to attached device 90 click on it.
Now scroll down the list and enable every sensor that has a value to log events. battery voltage, RPM's etc..
you should end up with about nine sensors logging on this particular unit.

looking at the download it looks like the setpoint could be wrong , or warm load

DAS (data acquisition system) can have up to six "extra" sensors placed anywhere in the trailer the customer wants them. Some can be on a reel to actually place exactly where customer wants for each load.

Demand defrost on this unit is initiated by the microprocessor based on temperature differential of coil, return and discharge. One or more of the sensors could be reading incorrect, tricking the unit into numerous defrost. Also a software update may be needed

It'll be the coil sensor too sensitive. Seen it before and this works.
Access coil sensor, put heat shrink over tube section not round end. refit
Job done.
