Any one can advice about the Mcquay centrifugal compressor impeller pull out method.is it required any special specified tools or equipment. please advice.

Any one can advice about the Mcquay centrifugal compressor impeller pull out method.is it required any special specified tools or equipment. please advice.
From memory a 1/2 inch UNC bolt right hand thread into the centre of the impellor after removing the left hand thread holding bolt. The low speed gear needs to be locked through the casing to prevent rotation.
You may need to involve mcquay soon if you do not have the tools and info reqd to strip down any further and more importantly reassemble this compressor. The tolerances for this equipment are very tight and must be within McQuay spec. or failure is guaranteed.

If you know the Mcquay centrfugal CE100 compressor shaft and bearing dia and the clearance , can you please share with me.
