Liebherr fridge problem - possibly fan

Hi,

I have a Liebherr fridge unit - it's a double unit with boi-fridge & freezer compartment on one side and fridge unit on the other. Over the last few days the temp in the fidge has dropped and now is the same as ambient room temp. It seems that the fan inside the fridge is no longer spinning.

The fridge light comes on, the 'fan-switch' button and light come on okay, but the fan doesnt spin.

The model no. is 7082 094-00

I've now turned the fridge off and intend on keeping it off for maybe 12 hours then trying again, but any advice in the meantime would be appreciated.

Hi - if the fan has burned out, can anyone advise how I can tell and where I can source a replacement fan from?

... to say that Liebherr is a premium brand there seems to be literally no support from Liebherr themselves in the UK.
