Samsung Fridge/Freezer

Hi All,

I am having problems with my Samsung Fridge/Freezer. This was always set on Medium and did use to cool/freeze items perfectly fine up until a month ago. Now it is not freezing items to the right standard and fridge is now on high and still doing same and fridge is not making items cold but is going off. I had to throw 2 3 litre gallons of milk today because of this.

i am having the same problem,im a new member and signed on today and posted my prob,ive been advised to turn the appliance off empty it and leave the doors open for 24-48 hours to defrost the build up of ice which accumalates somewhere on pipes and stuff at the back

jackeen2001 is right but if problem reoccurs there is defrost sys fault.evap probe, heater, printed circuit board.that, or door of freezer not closing properly.
