Hi i have a caravelle upright commercial freezer. It currently does not get cold the fan does not start to blow air through the radiator. The motor does work. Would anyone have an idea as to what the problem is

Motor is broke or stuck.
Wire to motor is broke or chewed by mouse.
Motor is not being powered by controller due to evap sensor saying evap is not cold enough.
Evap sensor faulty.
Controller faulty.
Compressor faulty and not cooling evap.
Refrigerant leak.
Not plugged in to working socket.
Pixies.
Faulty capacitor.
Faulty defrost control.
Faulty condenser fan motor.
Blocked drier or cap tube.
Not payed previous bill so has been sabotged.
Incorrect controller settings.
Bent fan gaurd.
The impermanent nature of all things.
Etc.

Thanks many of the above i can eliminate the rest i will now check

Its short of refrigerant so not bringing the evap fan on
