i have a multi system of 3 bitzer compressors.the semi synthetic oil is suitable for them for r22?

Synthetic oil is POE, its good for all the new refrigerants -134,407,404,507 etc.

Mineral oil is for the old refrigerants - 12,502,22 etc.

Where did you see "semi synthetic"?

Yes, Shell Clavus is a semi synthetic oil. But the right viscosity depends on the actual models of compressors and working conditions

ShellSD may well be Synthetic.
I was just correcting the statement that Shell Clavus was a Semi synthetic oil.
In fairness they may well make a synthetic version now.
But if you google Shell Clavus it comes back as Mineral!

As Quality said, i thought SD was an Alkylthingy Benzine/Mineral mix for low temp systems like blast freezers...
