Hi new to this site and 3rd apprentice so forgive if I make a mess of it. We have an assignment on retrofitting and since I have extremely little of it I was wondering is there any sites that show, detail or guide me in the right directions. We have to give a breakdown of how to do it and 2 refrigerants we would retrofit

Any advice would be greatly appreciated:confused:

Hi there,

You did not mention what is the original refrigerant and the replacement.
If you have R12 to R134a then it has its own procedure and some other refrigerants are just drop-ins.

Sorry, but you do have to read about things sometimes ;); if you just take the synopsis then you don't learn.

Thankyou it has made it clearer once you see the process broken down. Yes Brian are right you do have to read them but if you do not do any of this then its a bit difficult to follow.

Appreciate the help fellas
