this is a refrigerated fishing vessel using hasegawa refrigeration compressor. The condenser tubes and the coils have no leaks. We have no problem at the start of the operation but after two days the operation discharge pressure goes up.What is the problem? Can you help me?

It's not condensing.....

Do you have water flow through the condenser??

You have a clogged condenser. Probably algaes or harbour garbage.

We have opened and checked the condenser tubes and it is clean. But still, the discharge pressure is high. We have also set the cut off pressure switch to be able to continue our operation but the pressure still goes up.

Yes we have cleaned. But we open the cargo hold doors when we put our catch fish inside the blast freezer. We have serviced the service last month.

The filter is clean, but you may still have algaes vegetation in the condenser tube. Did the blast freezer stand by for a long time unattended?

The boat will go to the port to unload the catch for fifteen days. It will go fishing again after unloading the catch. So the blast freezer is in stand by only for fifteen days. We will open the condenser again tomorrow to double check the tubes if there are still algaes vegetation.

If your condenser is free and clean, baka may air or non-condensables ka sa system mo Kabayan. Are you using NH^3?,what is your operating suction pressure? or maybe you have restrictions in the condenser water flow or sa high-pressure line from comp. to receiver tank..
