Hello,
Can someone help. I purchased a box truck that has cold plate refrigeration..that works great. It holds at about 38 degrees. My problem...the person that I purchased it off of said it would get to freezing. I need to haul frozen foods. I have been reading about the plate system. Can the fluid in the plates be changed, I guess it is salt brine, to make a lower temperature? I noticed that the plates have drains on them to remove the fluid. I can't find anyone in my area that knows anything about these cold plate systems. From what I have been reading the only difference is the solution and the temp at which it freezes. Can someone please Help!
