I have a neighbor with an airco in his Volkswagen LT46 van.
Gas was gone, pressurized it and the AEV was leaking on the right side.
The valve is some sort of fit-between-the-tubes type. The tubes insert in the valve with O-rings and the tubes are then sealed/pushed to the valve wit a flange, tightened wit a hex nut of M6. Tried to tighten, inserted new O-rings and finally after 3 tries, tightening bolt of M6 is broken.
Type is 202 830 01 82 and also mentioned on it TGKE DEC 1-G
Compressor is a Sanden SD7V16.
Is this a common Volkswagen spare part or is it available everywhere.
Because I don't do these often, what other things should I look for?
