Carrier Xarios 200 wiring diagram

I have a carrier xarios 200 fridge unit mounted to a van. The in cab display is not showing anything and won't power up. I have 12v to the circuit board but can't seem to get anything out. I think a new circuit board may be the solution but need a wiring diagram to confirm. Would there be anywhere to get hold of a second hand board. A new one is pretty expensive.
Any help would be much appreciated.
